ONCE YOU'VE PURCHASED YOUR MEMBERSHIP YOU'LL BE EMAILED CONFIRMATION. YOU THEN JUST NEED TO POP TO OUR TICKET DESK ON YOUR NEXT VISIT TO COLLECT YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARDS. 


*All passes must include photo ID, otherwise we are unable to print your pass. If for any reason you cannot upload a photo, we can take photo's at our ticket desk, during your next visit. 


Our Family of 4 annual passes are for 2 adults and 2 children ONLY. If we find that visitors have purchased a family of 4 pass for anything other than this, then the transaction will be cancelled. 

Our tickets are not linked to digital phone wallets, so please do not upload your ticket to a wallet app, they will not work or register with our systems, and only delay your entry.
