How to buy online tickets

You will go through to a Spanish payment site – please do not be alarmed, this is the correct and secure site, (you can tell by seeing 'https' as the beginning of the web address). Please follow the steps for purchasing your on-line tickets.

Stage 1. Choose your tickets - click drop down arrows to view all available ticket types (all tickets are valid for 28 days)

Stage 2. Click NEXT for Info and Payment.

Stage 3. Review your order then enter your details. and tick the box to say you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the sale.

Stage 4. Select payment type, tick that you have read the terms and conditions then select BUY.

Stage 5. Enter your card payment details and SUBMIT PAYMENT.

Stage 6. Your ticket will be sent to you via email, you just then need to print your tickets and bring with you. If you are unable to print your ticket details then please make a note of your order number and bring it with you to the Oceanarium.

TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE CANNOT BE REFUNDED, TRANSFERRED OR RESOLD.

Please note: that tickets are sent by email, they are valid for 28 days only, dates printed on the tickets are set out as month/day/year. For any queries please contact our reception on 01202 311993 during normal office hours.
