HOW TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE AND SAVE

You will go through to our Spanish parent companies payment site, this is the correct and secure site. The payment is processed through Barclays who are based in the UK. Please follow the steps for purchasing your online tickets.

Step 1. Choose your tickets (click the wording next to the drop down arrows to view all available ticket types) select quantity then click NEXT.

Step 2. Review your order then enter your details. Remember to tick the box to say you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the sale then click BUY.

Step 3. Enter your card payment details and SUBMIT PAYMENT.

Step 4. Your ticket will be sent to you via email, you just then need to print your tickets and bring with you. If you are unable to print your ticket details then please make a note of your order number and bring it with you to the Oceanarium.

Tickets purchased online cannot be REFUNDED, TRANSFERRED OR RESOLD. If you have any problems purchasing tickets online please call 01202 311993. We cannot offer internet prices on the door.

STANDARD INTERNET TICKETS - All standard internet tickets are valid for up to 28 days commencing from the date of purchase. After this date tickets will expire and not be accepted under any circumstance.
