African Land Snails
achatina achatina

Giant African Land Snails are hermaphrodites and can reproduce rapidly. They have been introduced to several countries, with their eggs transported accidentally through fruit and vegetable imports. In Hawaii they have already eradicated its native snails through competition and they have been banned in the USA, even as pets.
