Whatever you might need to enjoy your visit to the Oceanarium, we've got it covered. We have a buggy park to allow you to enjoy your journey with ease, a lost and found you can contact if you lost something in the aquarium, and first aid for those inevitable little mishaps.

The Oceanarium has three main toilets as well as a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. You can access the main toilets and disabled toilets in the hall by the lift on the ground. There is also a toilet and baby changing facility floor situated at the Play Zone on the ground floor. Toilets are also available in our Offshore Cafe.

Conveniently situated in the main toilets and play area toilets, both on the ground floor.

If you require first aid, a member of staff who is first aid trained will be able to help you and assist.

Our team are happy to help with all your queries at admissions in the front lobby.

Our buggy park is located on the first floor at the beginning of your journey, so you can fully focus on the experience and your children without having to think about pushing a buggy round with you.
