Membership Renewal Terms

  • Renewal prices are only available for 2024 members. Child memberships can only be purchased with adult memberships.
  • If you are buying a renewal membership, you will need to provide evidence that you are an existing member otherwise the Oceanarium reserves the right to decline you from purchasing a renewal.
  • If you have bought a renewal annual pass and are not an existing member, you will be charged the difference.
  • If you have any doubts or questions about your purchase, please call 01202 311993 during the Oceanarium's opening hours.
  • After Friday 11 October, renewals will not be available until November. Please wait until this time to renew your memebership and look out for announcements on our website or social media.
