1.   The membership types detailed below are they only options of Membership that we offer:

• Silver Membership includes free entry to the Park every day (except Christmas Day) 
  • 15% discount in cafes and shops
  • 10% off birthday parties. 
• Gold Membership includes free entry to the Park (except Christmas Day) and
  • 20% discount in The Cove gift shop, Offshore Cafe, and Bay View Terrace, one x Free Guest ticket.
  • 20% off birthday parties.
  • 10% off Animal experiences.
  • 50% discount in admission to Blackpool Zoo, Lakes Aquarium and Nickelodeon Adventure Lakeside
  • one complimentary guest pass (Applies to family passes too)
  • NEW FOR 2026 Bring up to four guests per visit and each guest receives 30% off. For family packs, you will receive 20% off

2.   Family memberships have a maximum 2 adults.

3.   A child membership must always be accampanied with a paying adult on every visit. There must be one paying adult for each child membership. 

4.   Misuse of memberships and membership cards may result in the membership being terminated.

5.  Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This includes Tesco vouchers and Blue Peter badges. 

6. Cards must be shown to gain any member discounts.

7.   Replacement membership cards will only be issued on production of photographic proof of identity, such as a driving licence or passport and will incur an admin fee of £5.00.

8.   Free entrance to the Oceanarium will not be allowed without a valid membership card. If you forget your card you will be charged an admin fee of £2.50 per member, at our Reception for validating and allowing entry.

9.   Any change of address must be notified in writing either by post or email: info@oceanarium.co.uk.

10.   Under 3’s are free of charge. Any child of a current member reaching their third birthday will be charged a full day admission or a membership.

11.  There are no short-term memberships.

12.  Bournemouth Oceanarium is open 364 days a year. If RLL is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, membership cannot be extended or money refunded.

13.  Member benefits are reviewed annually and are subject to change.

14.  If available, any renewal price and associated benefits are offered subject to membership being renewed prior to expiry.

15.  Bournemouth Oceanarium reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke a membership for any reason considered necessary.

16.  The Park Admission Terms  are hereby incorporated by reference.

17.   If you are buying a renewal membership, you will need to provide evidence that you are an existing member otherwise the Oceanarium reserves the right to decline you from purchasing a renewal.

18.   If you have bought a renewal annual pass and are not an existing member, you will be charged the difference.

• 50% off child and adult silver memberships 
• Offer exclusive to residents with a BH, SP and DT postcode from 28th February - 31st March 2026. Proof of postcode must be presented at the admissions desk e.g driving licence.
• If you are not able to provide proof, you will be charged the full price and your original purchase will be refunded. 
• Silver memberships EXCLUDE family packages. 
• 50% off silver adult and child memberships valid until 31st December 2026 
• Gold memberships are excluded from this offer.
• Membership upgrades will be available for those who have purchased tickets at the 50% off discount and wish to upgrade to a discounted membership. Upgrades from full price tickets to discounted memberships are not available. 
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (Prepaid tickets, Tesco vouchers, Blue Peter badge holders and NHS/MOD discounts).
• This offer is available online and on main gate 
• Tickets are non refundable and non-transferrable
