We’ll be limiting the number of visitors in the aquarium at any one time to ensure we can all maintain a safe distance. For this reason and to guarantee entry, all visitors will need to book online in advance.
Ticket Definitions
Adult - aged 16 – 59 years
Senior - aged 60 years +
Student - must show valid student ID
Child - aged 3- 15 years inclusive and must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Family - maximum of 2 adults
Disabled - must show proof of disability - this must be evidence of DLA or PIP, Blue Badge (along with photo ID) or a Medical Letter confirming disability. Please don’t be offended by our staff asking – some disabilities are not visible and we try to treat all our visitors the same.
Carer - a person accompanying an adult or child with disabilities (no carer proof required, one carer per disabled visitor)
Under 3's - children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge to the zoo (and do not require a ticket)
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non date transferable. For full terms, please click here.
We do accept TESCO CLUBCARD VOUCHERS, please bring your voucher and confirmation with you to our admissions desk on the day you would like to visit, and we will book your in to an available timeslot. Vouchers can only be used for admission against full priced individual tickets (not family nor memberships). Our prices do vary so we recommend checking the price a few days before your arrival and if the vouchers are for part payment, you can pay the balance with card or cash.
Bikes, rollerblades, scooters, self-propelled sit-on toys and footballs are NOT allowed in the Oceanarium for safety reasons
