I have booked a disabled ticket, how do I claim my free carer?

I have a visit booked and would like to change my date/time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the date of your tickets. If you need to move to a different time, please call 01202 311993 ext.208 to check our availability. During the holidays our time slots sell out. If you are contacting regarding a same day visit, it is highly unlikely that you will be unable to move your visit time.
I live in a Tier 3 Zone, can I visit you?
Following the governments advise if you live in a tier 3 zone it is advised to not travel unnecessarily. If you have a ticket and unable to visit, we will be able to transfer this to a different date for you, once the restrictions are lifted.
I would like to book an Animal Experience or Birthday party
Unfortunately our animal experiences are currently unavailable, and we are unable to take party bookings at this moment in time. We will announce once these are available again.
